The Role of Information and Communication Technology in Business
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam perkembangan bisnis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut manusia untuk melakukan perubahan di segala jenis kehidupan yang tujuannya adalah mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik. Berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, berdampak pula pada bentuk perdagangan yang memudahkan penggunaannya. Salah satunya melalui e-commerce. Kendati demikian, e-commerce mempunyai peran sangat signifikan terutama pada saat masih mewabahnya Covid-19.
